Our Operations Centre
The Call Care Operations Centre is open 24hrs a day and is entirely run by our own staff; none of our call handling is outsourced. We maintain our own buildings, with a back up facility in a separate building close by for security and disaster recovery purposes. To ensure we cover your calls 24 hours a day, the call centre operates a complex shift system and our operations policy is to provide more staff than are required at any one time, allowing us to manage any unexpected increases in call volume.
